After everything that has happend and now this?

First our computer quit on us. I thought this was bad luck. Then our old camera that we were using to make movies stops working. Then the bills came from Ashlynn's trips to Primary Children's Hospital and now our Cannon 40D says this when you try to take a picture:
Man what a bad couple of months. :(

Sorry to hear of your run of bad luck! Hopefully it won't be too hard to fix! Let me know if I can help with anything... besides fixing the camera... that would be interesting!

Doesn't it always seem to happen that way!?!?! Hopefully this will be the last of it!

**I think my camera has done that, and i just either turned it on and off again or took out the battery and put it back in, and it worked. It hasn't done it recently though. Let me know what you find out!

Hey guys, I'm sure you've looked, but here's a link to Google for error 99. Seems like a common problem among the 40Ds.

http://www.google.com/search?q=canon+40d+error+99+fix&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

A lot of people say it could be a problem with either your battery or lense.
